Human rights and ESG compliance
in the food value chain

Have your suppliers trained in the correct handling of the Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act and thereby document compliance with the effort obligations of the LkSG. Supplier training is a legally binding component of the LkSG (Section 6 (4)). In the future, even smaller companies will be required by their customers to pursue human rights compliance in their own supply chain and to train upstream suppliers due to the spillover effect.

With the daily format geared towards the food value chain, we cover the requirements of the LkSG in general terms and teach suppliers what is important. At the same time, companies gain a competitive advantage by stabilizing their supplier relationships.

Duration

The training lasts one day.
Participants are divided into two groups.

Contents

The one-day training on the new Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (LkSG) is conducted by a multidisciplinary team of experts online or as a classroom event.

ZENK attorneys explain the current legal framework and provide you with examples tailored to your association or company.

The AFC team will introduce you to suitable management tools and show you what needs to be taken into account when communicating in an emergency, using examples tailored to your company.

Following participation, the suppliers receive a certificate of participation as confirmation that the suppliers have been trained by us and on what content, in order to be able to fulfill their reporting obligation in accordance with § 10 LkSG.
