Food law responsibility and compliance

The food business operator must ensure through the operational organization that all food law requirements are met in his company. If legal violations occur, this has consequences for the acting persons and the company management. Since almost all legal requirements are now subject to criminal and regulatory sanctions, violations can have significant consequences for those affected.
