Permitted claims, conditions and exceptions, labeling requirements

Today, food should no longer just taste good and fill you up. For many consumers, the focus is on a balanced and healthy diet. Therefore, nutritional claims such as "high in protein", "low in calories", "with vitamin D" or "without fat" play a central role in consumer communication. However, the advertising possibilities are strictly limited by law. The seminar shows which claims are possible under which conditions and what consequences inadmissible advertising claims can have.
