What is still valid, what is new?

The Prepackaging Ordinance of November 18, 2020 was intended to make prepackaging law clearer and adapt it to European developments and national changes in measurement and calibration law. However, even after the new regulation, the interplay between European and national regulations in pre-packaging law is still confusing. The webinar will provide an overview of the current regulations and changes, including many current practical examples.
