The 4th LFGB Amendment Act

What has changed? What remains?

Since the introduction of the LFGB, adjustments and additions to this central German regulation in food law have been discussed throughout. After a long time, the legislator has now once again made extensive changes. In addition to adjustments to European developments in cosmetics law and the principles of food monitoring, the focus has also been on "evergreens" such as the German ban on the addition of certain substances for nutritional purposes or the more efficient organization of crisis management tasks.
